Who processes your payment

Flexrz provides the booking and payment pages for independent merchants. Every payment you make through a Flexrz page is made to the merchant named on that page. Each merchant holds its own direct agreement with its bank and payment providers, and funds settle to the merchant's own account. Flexrz does not receive, hold, or aggregate customer funds.

Payment methods

Depending on the merchant, you may pay by card or by CliQ instant payment. Card payments are processed through the merchant's acquiring bank; card details are entered in the bank's secure payment fields and are never stored by Flexrz. CliQ payments are processed through the merchant's bank over Jordan's CliQ instant-payment network.

Amounts, taxes and fees

The amount shown on the payment page is the total payable. Taxes are included where indicated on the page. Payment-processing fees are borne by the merchant unless a fee is explicitly itemised on the payment page before you confirm.

CliQ payments — what to expect

A CliQ payment request is valid for 90 minutes. Only one active request can exist for a payment at a time; if a request is pending, you will not be able to create another until it is paid, rejected, or expired. Payments are usually processed in real time; in some cases, processing may take up to 2 hours. Confirm the request from your mobile banking application, paying from the account at the bank shown on the confirmation screen.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the merchant's policy shown at the time of booking or on the payment page. Please contact the merchant directly; their contact details appear on your booking or payment page.

Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error, contact the merchant first. Card disputes may also be raised with your card issuer under its rules.

Your information

Payment credentials are handled by the merchant's bank and payment providers. Flexrz processes the booking and contact information needed to operate the service on the merchant's behalf.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Merchant-specific terms may supplement these terms where indicated.
