1 · Who is responsible

Flexrz is operated by Power of 28 LLC, registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. For data handled on the platform, Power of 28 LLC acts as the platform data controller. The Venue you book with also receives your booking details and is responsible for its own use of them.

2 · What we collect

• Account identity — when you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address.
• Booking details — the services, dates, times, party size, notes and preferences you submit when booking, and your booking history with a Venue.
• Contact details — the phone number you provide for confirmations and reminders by SMS or WhatsApp.
• Payment information — payments are processed by licensed payment providers. Flexrz receives payment status and reference identifiers; we do not store your full card number.
• Technical data — logs, device and browser information, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and keep the service secure.

3 · Why we use it

To operate your account and bookings; to send transactional communications (confirmations, reminders, changes); to process payments and prevent fraud; to support Venues in running their operations; to secure, debug and improve the platform; and to meet legal obligations.

4 · Who we share it with

The Venue you book with (your booking details and contact information); payment providers, to process payments you initiate; messaging providers, to deliver SMS, email and WhatsApp notifications; and infrastructure providers that host the platform. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

5 · Where it is processed

The platform is hosted on cloud infrastructure that may be located outside Jordan. Where personal data is processed abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an adequate standard of protection.

6 · How long we keep it

Account and booking records are kept while your account is active and as needed for the Venue’s and our legal, accounting and dispute-handling obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Logs are retained for a shorter operational period.

7 · Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing, subject to records we must keep by law. To exercise these rights, contact us at sales@flexrz.com. We will verify the request against your signed-in identity.

8 · Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage that are necessary to sign you in, keep your session secure and remember essential preferences. The platform does not use third-party advertising cookies.

9 · Children

The platform is not directed at children. Bookings should be made by adults; where a Venue serves minors, the booking is made by a parent or guardian.
