Terms of Service

1 · Who we are

Flexrz is a booking and operations platform operated by Power of 28 LLC (“Flexrz”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Flexrz provides the software that powers the booking pages, accounts and communications of independent venues and service businesses (each a “Venue”).

2 · The three parties

When you book through a Flexrz booking page, the service you book — the session, appointment, membership, package or event — is provided by the Venue, not by Flexrz. Your booking is an agreement between you and the Venue. Flexrz provides the platform through which that agreement is made and managed. Each Venue is responsible for its own services, pricing, availability, house rules and conduct.

3 · Accounts and sign-in

Some features require an account. Sign-in is provided through Google; by signing in you authorise us to receive your name and email address from Google to identify your account. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.

4 · Bookings, changes and cancellations

Availability, prices, cancellation windows, no-show rules and refund eligibility are set by each Venue and are shown on the Venue’s booking page or communicated during booking. Because these policies belong to the Venue, requests to change or cancel a booking are resolved under the Venue’s policy. Flexrz may assist with the mechanics of a change where the platform supports it.

5 · Payments

Payments made through Flexrz booking and payment pages are governed by our Payment Terms, which describe who processes your payment, how card and CliQ payments work, and how refunds and disputes are handled. Flexrz does not store your full card number.

6 · Communications

When you book, you consent to receiving service communications about your booking — confirmations, reminders and changes — by the channels you provide, which may include email, SMS and WhatsApp. These are transactional messages, not marketing.

7 · Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform: no unlawful use, no attempts to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or its data, no scraping at scale, and no bookings made in bad faith or with payment instruments you are not authorised to use.

8 · Intellectual property

The platform, its software and its design are the property of Power of 28 LLC or its licensors. Venue names, logos and content belong to the respective Venues. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to you.

9 · Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flexrz disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for the acts or omissions of Venues, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amounts you paid through the platform for the booking giving rise to the claim.

10 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The effective date above reflects the current version; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
